Manufacturer Fault Warranty Policy

Warranty Type:
Manufacturer Fault Warranty (Electronics & Mechanical Components)

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal home use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or intentional damage.

 What This Warranty Covers 

The warranty applies only if the treadmill fails due to a manufacturer defect.

Covered components include:

• Motor (electrical failure only)

• Motor controller / PCB

• Console display & internal electronics

• Speed and incline sensors

• Internal wiring faults

• Factory assembly defects

• Electronic malfunctions not caused by external factors

 All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

What Is NOT Covered 

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, broken panels)

• Intentional damage or tampering

• Wear & tear items (running belt, lubrication, cosmetic parts)

• Water damage, moisture, or corrosion

• Overloading beyond the recommended weight limit

• Commercial, gym, or shared-use environments

• Electrical damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage

• Damage during moving, transport, or improper installation

• Customer negligence or misuse

 If the product is broken, forced, abused, or mishandled — it is not covered.

 Warranty Resolution Method 

If a valid manufacturing fault is confirmed, Kash Krusaders will resolve the issue using ONE of the following options:

 Replacement of the faulty part
 Replacement with the same or equivalent product
Store credit (credit note) equal to the product value
 Alternative product of similar value

 No cash refunds under warranty
 Chargebacks are not accepted as warranty claims

The resolution method is determined solely by Kash Krusaders.

 Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or video evidence

• Detailed description of the issue

Process:

• Technical assessment is conducted

• Assessment timeframe: 3–7 working days

Outcome:

• If approved: replacement, credit, or alternate product is issued

• If rejected: customer is informed with the reason

  Important Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Valid only for the original purchaser

  • Product must be used in a home/residential environment

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Warranty does not reset after replacement
